Anyway, dry ice doesn't melt. It goes directly from solid to liquid. (Unless you're under some bizzare amounts of atmospheric pressure, in which case I'm fairly sure you'd be squished before you could worry about melted chocolate.)

Yeah, it has something to do with the sublimation curve of a pure substance on a Press. v/s Temp. chart. I'm gonna stop there 'cuz I don't really understand thermodynamics that well.

OK, here's a question. Maybe I read a lot of weird books (gee, y'think?) but I run across the second rule of thermodynamics (entropy always increases in a closed system) a lot... but what's the first rule? How come no one ever rights a good anarchistic book about the first rule?
